Dr. Francisca, N. Ogba is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management and Planning, Faculty Of Education, Alex Ekwume Federal University Ndufu-Alke, Ebonyi State, Nigeria (AE: FUNAI). She was a one-time HOD of the Department of Educational Foundations and now Dean Faculty of Education. Dr. F.N. Ogba has contributed to numerous book chapters and has published many journal articles in high-ranking journals, both in national and internal journals.

She is the Editor-in-Chief AE-FUNAI Journal of Education (AE-FUNAI JOE). One-time Review Editor of the Journal of Educational Research, Editor of, the Journal of Women in Colleges of Education. Presently, one of the Editors of Unizik Journal of Educational Research and Policy Studies (UNIJERPS).

Dr. F.N. Ogba is a fellow of the Gender Studies Association of Nigeria. She has received many awards from students such are: The Award of Excellency by Education Students of Alex Ekwume Federal University Ndufu-Alke, Ebonyi State, Nigeria (AE: FUNAI), Award of Honour by Great Leaders Forum of Nigeria students. Her research interests comprise Management of Human and Material resources, Leadership in Higher Education, Gender issues in Education, Student Engagement, Entrepreneurship, Inclusive Education, and Information Communication and Technology (ICT).

Dr. Francisca, N. Ogba is a member Council of the Commonwealth for Educational Administration and Management, Educational Leadership Without Borders, Nigerian Association of Educational Administration and Planning, Curriculum Organization of Nigeria, and Nigeria Gender Association.
