Prof. Jeanette G. Dials has been a professor of English Language and Literature of the Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) Graduate School and College of Teacher Education for 33 years now. A 2008 Most Outstanding Teacher of the Philippines and a 2009 Most Outstanding School Paper Adviser, she is currently the Chief of the International Faculty and Student Mobility of her university.
She is the President of the Professional Association of her locality and also the President of the College of Teacher Education and the member of the Board of Directors of the Faculty Association of MMSU. She has been a recipient of the Best Research Presenter Award in several paper presentations in international research conferences. Her extension project, the BASA Project is the recipient of the AQRA Heart Award in 2018 by the Asian Qualitative Research Association.
She is the renowned adjudicator and multi-awarded coach of the MMSU Debate Society and has travelled to many parts of the world adjudicating and coaching winning debaters. She has served as lecturer, exchange faculty and project coordinator in many education endeavors in the US, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Turkey and the Philippines. She just recently finished her Online Professional English Network Program by the US Department of State and the University of Arizona With Highest Distinction (100% grade).
